Food Technology

The objective of this Diploma program is to train professionals qualified to innovate products and processes in areas related to Food Technology; the purpose is to contribute to the development of high-quality products that are beneficial to health and with economic viability.

This is a 180-academic hour program with a duration of 6 months (2 consecutive trimesters), aimed at graduates in Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, and other areas related to natural sciences, and those interested in understanding and contributing to food development.
